Grilled Delights
Come rain, sleet or snow, you can still be king of the grill with an indoor grill or George Forman. If it can be grilled outside, it can be done in the kitchen, even pizza and desserts. Some of our favorite tips and recipes?

  1. There are two basic indoor grills: The George Forman, Krups Universal Grill and Panini Maker, Cuisinart Gridller or Breville Indoor BBQ and Grill allows you to grill two-sided. An open electric grille is extremely versatile. For the latter, we like Sanyo Smokeless, Zojirushi and Minden Master.
  2. Cooking meat inside doesn't require a thermomet but this handy Grilling Chart will help you avoid under or over-cooking for dual contact indoor grills.
  3. To clean the grill, unplug and let cool.  Moisten a sponge or paper towels and place them inside the grill.
